My work began in luxury hospitality. It carried me across borders, into boardrooms and into the everyday realities of people trying to do good work inside imperfect organisations.
What stayed with me was rarely the polished promise. It was the moment someone felt seen, or overlooked. The decision that made good work possible, or quietly made it harder.
Those experiences became a company, a body of work and, now, a book. They also became a question I keep bringing into the room: what are we creating for the people who depend on us?
